DEADLINE: Tuesday 15 September!

Work must be delivered to:
The Art Pavilion
The Royal Bath & West Showground
Shepton Mallet, Somerset
between 10.00am and 3.00pm
Tuesday 15 September

Please bring a stamped, addressed envelope 
with your submissions for your results.

Work should arrive unwrapped and all 
fixtures must be removed from the backs 
of the frames as these are one of the primary sources of damage to other works.

Two identical labels printed with name, 
address, title, medium and price should be 
attached by cord or string in such a way that they will hang over the front of the work to allow for curating. All pictures must be clearly marked on the reverse with the same information.

The top of abstract works should be clearly marked on the back of the work.

In the case of printmaking, photography and sculpture the number of the edition  should be written clearly on the submission form and label.
